Christy M.P. Gilmour, Principal

Christy M.P. Gilmour has 25+ years of multi-faceted and multi-cultural experience in government relations, education, medical communications, and non-profit campaigns and development. 

Christy's expertise spans the globe as she has practiced in Washington, D.C.; Chicago; Auckland, New Zealand; and Memphis, TN. Christy's strengths include strategy, leadership, philanthropy, and communications. Her passion is developing sustainability for the non-profit community, with a focus on authentic communications/messaging, impactful business/strategic planning and effective fund development. 

Christy has served in numerous governmental positions on Capitol Hill, as a lobbyist for the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, as a travel writer, as the Executive Director of the Kappa Delta Foundation and currently, as a non-profit consultant. 

In her spare time, Christy engages in volunteer and civic capacities, having served in board capacities on the Chicago Marquette University Alumni Board, the American Club (New Zealand), and the Association of Fundraising Professionals (Memphis). She is also active in civic activities, and has been/is involved with the following organizations: Duntreath Neighborhood Association Board (2013-2018), the Germantown 2030 Economic Development committee (2015), the Germantown Financial Advisory Committee (2014, 2015), the Bobby Lanier Farm Park Advisory Board (2016), the Germantown Athletic Center Advisory Board (2016), The Germantown Great Hall Commission (2018), Community Foundation of Greater Memphis/Give 365 (2016-current), Memphis Opera Camerata (2016-current), Pegasus Germantown (2018) and the Wolf River Conservancy (2018).
