MEMPHIS MUSIC INITIATIVE (MMI)
Served on both 2017 and 2018 INE Cohort Panel Presentations. Serve as facilitator and course instructor for 2018 PDI Strategic Planning Session.

Launched and led a 7-month strategic planning process with school Leadership. Discovery included extensive surveys; deliverables included bespoke 5-year plan.
Worked with NYC-based artist Derek Fordjour to launch the Contemporary Art Memphis “CAM” Fellowship program in June, 2022. Serve as Communications Director, and recruited the CAM Director and the 2022 Advisor Team. Establish operational and capital campaign funding prospects, assemble campaign collateral and provide operational support.
Facilitate Executive Director recruitment process in conjunction with the Board of Directors.
Project managed the ALL Corps grant application to the State of Tennessee with the Literacy Mid-South Team in Spring 2022. Involved a diverse coalition of philanthropic and educational partners as part of the process. Application resulted in $4.5M.
